Shipping Policy

All orders placed within the U.S. will be charged a FLAT SHIPPING RATE  of $10.00

Please double check your Shipping Information once entered, as we will be unable to change or modify it once an order is submitted.

Please allow 2-4 business days for processing and fulfillment of your online orders once payment is received and the order is successfully placed. 

 You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

In Store PIckup

In-Store Pickup orders are only available to customers local to our Valhalla, NY location.

Local orders placed during our regular business hours will be processed for Same Day Pickup. Pickup orders placed within 2 hours of closing time will be processed and ready for pickup the following business day

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Upon arrival, notify our receptionist you are picking up an order and please have your confirmation email ready. 

You have 10 full days after placing your pickup order before the items are restocked. Your order will be canceled and your items will be restocked at the closing time of the 10th day if not picked up within the time-frame. Your payment will be refunded. 

Returns & Exchanges

 All sales are final. We prioritize maintaining the integrity and hygiene of our products’ packaging. We can only exchange products that are defective upon delivery to customers within 1-3 days of delivery date.
